BoulderDash Spelling

The original spelling of the name of the game is Boulder Dash (with a space) which is what Peter Liepa uses. However, the spelling BoulderDash (without a space, and with imbedded cap) appears to be more popular. Furthermore, BoulderDash (as one word) is a lot easier to seach for (eg search the Web for) than the separate words boulder and dash, which may turn up web pages talking about using a dash of salt with this recipe from Boulder, Colorado or whatever.
