Download the free demo version

If you are interested in the game, you can download the free demo version to evaluate it. If you like it, you can go to the store to get the full version.

The demo version is fully functional, except that the size of the levels you can play is limited to 16x8 tiles. The full version allows level sizes up to 126x126 tiles (which is over 60 full screens in default resolution, for a single level!)

The free demo version contains 11 'practice' levels, plus a levelset with 100 fun levels. Once you finish these, you can download more levels to play or use the level converter, (most additional levels are probably only playable with the full version though.)

System requirements

In order to play the game, your computer needs to meet the following minimum specifications. More is always better.
  • Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP
  • Pentium II 300 MHz (400 MHz recommended)
  • 32 MB Memory (64 MB recommended)
  • 2 MB Videocard (4 MB recommended)
  • DirectX 7.0 or better (download here)
  • 2x speed CD-ROM or DVD drive

The download

You can download the demo in the language of your choice below. Each contains identical levels (though translated) so there is no need to download all.

Once again, please note that you will need DirectX 7.0 or better to run the game. If you regularly play games, you most likely already have it installed. If not, you can download the most recent version from: http://www.microsoft.com/directx.

After downloading, simply run the executable, follow the instructions on screen and enjoy! More help about the game is available after installing it, and in the Frequently Asked Questions.

Version 1.9, last updated 2006-10-01 Note that both versions include all languages for the game interface (including German) which is selectable with the 'Configure Igor' option from the main menu. The main difference between the language versions is the translation of the online help, and the level files (which are not available in German).
